“Thamarassery Churam” meaning Thamarassery Ghat is well known for its 9 adventurous hairpin bends. Thamarassery Ghat Pass lies one-half in Kozhikode(Calicut) and the other in Wayanad district of Kerala. That why it is also known by Wayanad Churam.

Thamarassery Churam Stretch about 12 Kms, starting from Adivaram to Lakkidi at the Top. The entire route would take about 30-45 minutes to cover the distance. At Lakkidi View Point, we get a Spectacular view of the Curvy Hairpin bends from down to the top hills.

It is Said that the Thamarassery Churam was first discovered by tribal and was then developed by British.
